I prefer clear references, the more the better.
I accept digital, traditional, or written references. However, if you only have written references, supplemental material such as inspiration or "face cannons" are encouraged.

Timing and Workflow

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for completion. I do work a full-time job, so it does take me a while to work on projects. So please allow for approximately 2-8 weeks for completion.During this time you will have input on every step of the project, in this approximate order:
Posing, sketching, lines, color passes, color, then the final piece.Commissions will be completed in order of payments received.Prior to the piece's final completion, you are allowed to request any number of small changes, but please try to limit major changes that you request. Keep in mind that major changes will increase the turnaround time and if there is an excess (more than 3) additional charges may be incurred.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are USD.
I only accept payments through PayPal, and work will not begin until I have received the funds.
I am open to discussing refunds. Should a major issue arise, please feel free to reach out to me. If I have begun work on your commission, only partial refunds are applicable.

I'm officially a designer for the Kebanzu group now, and I'm opening up customs!This means these designs will be official and will not require a MYO slot along with them.

Please note:

Any UC/R traits need to be purchased by the commissioner from Hauket or be present in their bank inventory before being applied to customs
Any ES or holiday traits need to be present in the commissioner's bank inventory before being applied to customs I will not accept customs without the above being met.

When ordering a custom, please fill out an inspiration sheet! If you have any questions about filling out the sheet please let me know and I will do my best to help you out! They can be super helpful, and let me know exactly what you'd like!
